The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of the following items,

Dry Ration Packs – 6,800 nos

Specifications for Dry Rations:

Rice (Keeri Samba – 5kg packs) – Qty 6,800

Sugar (1kg packs) – Qty 6,800

Dhal Red (1kg pack) – Qty 6,800

Wheat flour (2kg packs) – Qty 6,800

Coconut Oil (1L bottles) – Qty 6,800

Tea Leaves (400g packs) – Qty 6,800

Sprats (500g packs) – Qty 6,800

Chick Peas (1kg packs) – Qty 6,800

Canned Fish 425g (01 can) – Qty 6,800

Bags – Size 18’’x16’’(material Cambella) Colour White Two logos printed (Each logo in Two colors)

• Transport to the SLRCS Katunayake Warehouse.
• All food Items should meet quality standards for human consumption.
• Bids can be submitted for individual items.

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 17th November 2022 and until 10.00 am on 18th November 2022 on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2022/018 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 17th November 2022 and until 10.30 am on 18th November 2022.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 18th November 2022 at 2.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
