The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the Janitorial Service Providers.

Office building – with ground floor mezzanine floor,8 floors, and rooftop

Cleaning Requirement
• General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding the building
• Overall daily cleaning of the 5th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross (Washrooms, Lift Lobby, and Interior)

Cleaning requirement of Common Area
• Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabins. Front Glasses and Louver Panel
• FIRE exits.
• Public Areas, & Landscaping Areas (Around the Building).
• Car Park Areas, Security Points, Garbage Room & Driver’s Restroom & car park Washroom
• Rooftop
• Cleaning Machine Rooms as required

Office building – with basement ground floor 5 floors and rooftop

Cleaning Requirement
• General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding the building
• Overall daily cleaning of the 5th and 4th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross(Washrooms, Lift Lobby, And Interior).

Cleaning requirement of Common Area
• Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabin. Front Glasses and Ducts.
• FIRE exit.
• Public Areas (Surrounding the Building).
• Car Park Areas, Security Points, Basement Area
• Rooftop
• Cleaning Machine Rooms as required.

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 22nd November 2022 and until 10.00 am on 23rd November 2022 on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2022/019 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 22nd November 2022 and until 10.30 am on 23rd November 2022.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 23rd November 2022 at 2.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
