7. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 16^th  February 2024 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
8. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2024/005 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7,between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday till the 19^th February 2024.
9. Eligible suppliers need to provide recent 3 years Audited financial Statements or sign Financial Report.
10. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderer or their duly authorized Representative on 19^th February 2024 at 11.00 am at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
