The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the Janitorial Service Providers.
Location Red Cross Tower,

Description of the building Office building – with ground floor mezzanine floor, 8 floors and rooftop Office building  – with basement ground floor,  5 floors and rooftop
Cleaning requirement
  • General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding   of the building
  • Overall daily cleaning of the 5th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross (Washrooms, Lift Lobby and Interior).

 
  • General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding   of the building
  • Overall daily cleaning of the 5th and 4th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross(Washrooms, Lift Lobby And Interior).
Cleaning requirement of Common Area
  • Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabins.  Front Glasses and Louver Panel.
  •  FIRE exits.
  • Public Areas, & Landscaping Areas (Around the Building).
  • Car Park Areas, Security Points, Garbage Room & Driver’s Rest room & car park Washroom
  • Roof top
  • Cleaning Machine Rooms as required.
  • Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabin.  Front Glasses and Ducts.
  •  FIRE exit.
  • Public Areas (Surrounding of the Building).
  • Car Park Areas, Security Points, Basement Area
  • Roof top
  • Cleaning Machine Rooms as required.

 
  • Note:-  You are invited to inspect the premises and come up with the Price Quotation for complete service together with the cleaning schedule.

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 23rd December 2024 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on all weekdays  and until 1.00 p.m. on 01st January 2025 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

 

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/PRO/2024/050 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday and until 1.30 p.m. on 01st January 2025.

 

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 01st January 2025 at 3.30 p.m.  at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
