Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2024/044 a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters (NHQ), No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 09th December 2024 on 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., all weekdays until 16th December 2024 on 10.00 a.m. payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/PRO/2024/044 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 09.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on any weekday and on 16th December 2024 until 2.00 p.m.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 16th December 2024 at 2.30 p.m. at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
