CALLING FOR QUOTATIONS FROM REPUTED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SLRCS VEHICLE INSURANCE YEAR 2025

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 23.12.2024 -10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on all weekdays until 1.00 p.m. 01st January 2025 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/PRO/2024/052 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on any weekday until 1.00 p.m. on January 2025.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 01st January 2025 at 2.30 p.m. at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
