Calling for Quotations

 

SLRCS is calling for quotations from reputed service providers for

 
1. A/C service agreements

 

 Reference -(SLRCS/ PRO/2024/047)

 
2. Generators service agreements

 

 Reference -(SLRCS/PRO/2024/048)

 
3. Elevator Service Agreements

 

 Reference -(SLRCS/PRO/2024/049)

 
4. Fire service Agreements

 

 Reference -(SLRCS/PRO/2024/051)

 
 

 

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 23.12.2024 -10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 1.00 pm 01st January 2025 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

 

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ  106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 2.30 pm on January 2025.

 

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative at the SLRCS – NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
