Blood donation in the South

10/06/2013 – Sri Lanka Red Cross Society Matara branch has been organized a blood donation campaign in Telijjawila Koth Paha Maha Wehera on 28th May 2013 with necessary support of the other community organization and Tellijjawila Red Cross Unit. There are 72 blood donors contribute 72 blood pints.

Malimboda Divisional Secretary, Mr.Romlas Kuruppuarchchi and Telijjawila unit committee members were attended. Mr. Prabash Weeragoda Arachchi, OD officer in SLRCS Matara branch also were presented in this occasion. With necessary support of community organization, SLRCS Tellijjawila Unit was given momentum for all blood donors.

The same program will plan to repeat further.
