a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters (NHQ), No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 06.01.2025 at 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on all weekdays until 10.00 a.m. 20th January 2025 on payment of a non – refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/001 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 09.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on any weekday until 10.30 a.m. on 20th January 2025.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 20th January 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the SLRCS – NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
