SRI LANKA RED CROSS SOCIETY

REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS

YEAR 2024

Applications are invited from Suppliers, Agents Manufacturers & Contractors who wish to register themselves with the

Sri Lanka Red Cross Society for the supply of the following items/services during the year 2024.

 

ITEMS:

  1. Stationery (Envelopes, Photocopy Paper, Ballpoint Pens, Pencils, Paper Clips, Photocopy toner, Ribbons, CDs, Toners etc.)
  2. Office Furniture (Steel cupboards, Cabinets etc.)
  3. Office Equipment (Fax, Photocopiers, Computers etc.)
  4. Electrical Goods (Fans, Air Conditioners etc.)
  5. Motor Spare Parts (Tyres, Tubes, Batteries etc.)
  6. Dry Food Items (Rice, Dhal, Flour, Sugar etc.)
  7. Kitchen Items (Offices and Home Equipment)
  8. Cloths, Bed Sheets, Towels, Sarees and Sarong etc.
  9. Plastic, Aluminium and hardware items.
  10. Hospital Equipment’s and drugs etc.
  11. Hygienic Items (Masks, sanitizers, sanitary Napkins etc.)

SERVICE

  1. Printing and Block Making (Banners, Posters etc.)
  2. Electrical Repairs.
  3. Building Repairs (Wall Paint, wall Glass Cleaning, ceiling repairs, Aluminium Partitions)
  4. Vehicle Servicing and Repairs
  5. Computer Repairs
  6. Repairs, Services and Maintenance of Typewriters, Air Conditioners, Roneo Machines and Photocopiers etc.
  7. Janitorial Services
  8. Hiring Vehicles (Lorries, Cars and Vans etc.)
  9. Stores and Warehouse facilities
  10. Security Services
  11. Air Tickets
  12. Contract labour Services.
  13. Media Services
  14. Hotel Reservation (Accommodation, work shop)
  15. Insurance Services (Life and Vehicles etc.)
  16. Plumber Service and repairs
  17. Well Cleaning Activity for safe drinking water
  18. Catering Services.

 

Those interested in registering as suppliers will be charged a registration fee of Rs.750/- for each item/service selected for registration. The registration fees for items/services selected should be paid in cash to the Finance division of the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society and the receipt produced to the Procurement Division to obtain supplier registration application forms.

The Application form should be clearly indicating the categories of items/services selected. Duly completed application forms together with a copy of the payment receipt should be forwarded to reach the below mentioned address.  Please indicate “Registration of Suppliers” on top left-hand corner of the envelope. Further, please note that the final date for registration of suppliers is   23rd January 2024
