Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for Janitorial Service Providers.

Description of the building Office building – with ground floor mezzanine floor,8 floors and rooftop Office building  -with basement ground floor  5 floors and roof top
Cleaning requirement
  • General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding   of the building
  • Overall daily cleaning of the 5th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (Washrooms, Lift Lobby and Interior).
  • General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding   of the building
  • Overall daily cleaning of the 5th and 4th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (Washrooms, Lift Lobby And Interior).
Cleaning requirement of Common Area
  • Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabins.  Front Glasses and Louver Panel.
  •  FIRE exits.
  • Public Areas, & Landscaping Areas (Around the Building).
  • Car Park Areas, Security Points, Garbage Room & Driver’s Rest room & car park Washroom
  • Roof top
  • Cleaning Machine Rooms as required.
  • Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabin.  Front Glasses and Ducts.
  •  FIRE exit.
  • Public Areas (Surrounding of the Building).
  • Car Park Areas, Security Points, Basement Area
  • Roof top
  • Cleaning Machine Rooms as required.

  1. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 14th     December 2023 and until 10.00am on 15th December 2023 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
  2. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2023/034 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 14th  December 2023 and until 10.30am on 15th December 2023.
  3. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 15th December 2023 at 2.30pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
