The need for protective measures is now more crucial than ever. Therefore, we pledged 100,000 Personal Protective Equipment kits for our healing heroes. The R&D unit of Sri Lanka Red Cross developed a low-cost PPE Kit which was approved by the Ministry of Health. We teamed up with a local manufacturer allowing for a high-quality product that’s only 1/4th of the market price.
Currently over 50 divisional and regional hospitals have received our PPE kits, but the demand hasn’t stopped. Support us to continue the production and support our healthcare heroes.
Our Activities
Continues support to our Healthcare Heroes and facilitate the daily administration of the hospitals in Kandy and Vavuniya Hospitals
Handing over 100 10-litre oxygen concentrators to the Government of Sri Lanka. The first consignment was handed over to His Excellency the Prime Minister
Our district wise branch volunteers continue to support hospital staff in every way they can
